She started her own god damn story without my consent and told me to write it down without telling me any more than how she came into that world. And even then I'm still figuring her out. Her name is Pomme, it's French for apple.

It didn't dawn on me until AFTER I'd named her how unfortunate and cliché the name is in relation to her role in the story but here's the thing: I didn't know until after.

Any of you ever do that? (all two of you who look at my work) write and write and write and not understand anything as you write? And then suddenly it dawns on you what happens next and you understand the story and significance of things you didn't realize before. I ramble, but I have a valid point in my own little world.
